[Resolved]  Flipkart — Failed to make Refund initiation

I placed an order on Flipkart on 04.08.2021 at 01.00 am when the Big Savings Day sale was just started on that day. Then when I found some better quality product was available I convinced myself to cancel the order and go for the better one by getting back the money paid.So over one hour after placing my order I requested for cancellation by 02.03 am right before it got packed and despatched.But the cancellation remained unapproved for some reasons from the seller RetailNet.com side.so i decided to bring this issue to the Flipkart customer care service.Instead of contacting the seller to initiate the refund on this case they have repeatedly told me to wait for 24 hrs with no any reason which is now been 72 hrs so far and no attempt were made to atleast initiate the refund and the waiting period continues which I'm in deep stress and worried about my money and need my money back.I have some good some reputation with Flipkart and I'm a Plus member too and I never flipkart will do this to me.

Now they have cleverly marked it as resolved which is actually unresolved as they met with the dealine date of 7th aug as mentioned before when I called out to them regarding this they have now extended the date to wait for another 72 hrs to get resolved.This is kind of fraudulence.
