[Resolved] Flipkart — failed transaction refund at flipkart | |||
Transaction failed of order id : ff[protected], and the transaction amount 75634. I was booking a flight ticket on 19th sep 2019 and payment was through bank transfer and after i finished the payment by entering the otp, the screen froze at payu screen and did not redirect to the flipkart page, amount got debited and the ticket was not confirmed. Spoke with the flipkart team they said they did not receive the payment and discussed with the bank they said amount has been settled to flipkart, back and forth am getting these two replies from both the people. Bank shared me the proof for the payment confirming that flipkart has received the amount. Customer care at flipkart said that amount will be credited to my account in 7 working days and today is 10th oct. Was this information helpful? | |||
