Flipkart — Fake account

On[protected] I got a call from EKART.com regarding an order placed on flipkart, after paying the COD only I'm getting to know that there was no account created on that number by us . I couldn't login initially it said that I've not registered so I logged in with OTP to noticed that a fake account was created with my details and phone number . Now when I try to return it, there is no option shown for returning . Today again I got a text from flipkart regarding a new order being placed, someone is using my details from flipkart to order from fake accounts . I would like to return the product and cancel this upcoming product .
