[Resolved] Flipkart — fake apple airpods received from flipkart

Hi Team, I bought airpods from flipkart on 29th Sept 2019 and got the product on 2nd of Oct 2019. As I had used Airpods before as soon as I saw the Box i came to know that the product is fake. So, I made a complaint to flipkart and they informed me that they will contact me till 5th of Oct 2019. I hope that they will contact and resolve my issue as soon as possible but this irresponsible behaviour of flipkart is not acceptable. We would like to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup and delivery of the product from your address by 11 Oct 19. Oct 10, 2019 Updated by Karan1999 Update, As promised by flipkart my product is going to get replaced tomorrow i.e, 11/10/12. I hope that the replaced one would be the original Apple product.
