I’ve ordered a nothing phone(1) on jan 6 ( Order id : OD[protected].
And the product have some issues about very poor networking speed while even connecting to a stable broadband network, some restarting issues, mic issue on some times, and battery draining problems. As per i connected with nothing brand i put a replacement order for the product in Flipkart.
And 3 times they rejected with a fake checking of the product during technical visit and fake explanations.
The technical person came here not checked the device properly, he didn’t even switched off the phone. Just installed an application and took a pic of barcode within a 4-5 minutes of time. He didn’t checked of any problems or diagnosing issues which I’ve mentioned. When i told him about this.. He said that he couldn’t help with that because company is only told to do this. I’ve informed customer care about this issue 3 times, i make around 7-8 calls to the customer care service. And they gave a fake assurance that whatever the scenario the product will be return on the last submission of replacement request. And even the last time the same things are repeated. And when I checked the feedback from the technician from technical visit…He was reporting as issues were resolved, and also about solved issues like mobile hanging which I hadn’t mentioned. And after that they told me that now the brand only can give you replacement/solution. When I connected with nothing customer care they told that they haven’t any connection with the Flipkart replacement policies or the problems from their side. Actually flipkart is cheating me on this issue.
These two support systems are now shuttling me to different endpoints for the help. Last time they tried to forward the call to escalation team and put me on waiting almost 30 minutes and call was not connected. I just want to file this as a complaint in consumer court if they are not helping me in the next 24 hours. And I want to report this issue on every platforms. Was this information helpful? |
