Shoe sole came out in 2 months o[censored]se. All the original products has 3 months sole warranty, but Flipkart is refusing to provide that warranty. I am quite sure this is a fake product. Customer care did not help, and only said sorry!

The product exchange policy only covers Size/Color/Fit Issues, but this is a quality and originality issue.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on (May 2nd, 2018) and as per the sellers 30 day exchange policy we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
