I ordered Apple 20 W Charger (MHJD3HN/A 20 W 3 A Mobile Charger from Flipkart. on June 15, 2022 Order ID OD[protected] worth Rs 1899. Order was delivered on June 17, 2022 with a fake old black charger, in Apple charger box, very well packed and taped. I called up the customer care to report the same. The customer has called for an investigation and so called replacement (no update on same as yet). I need help to please help me in this issue and help me get the refund or the charger. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 25, 2022 Updated by carajat Flipkart denies the responsibility towards the said charger and states that the original product was delivered by the courier partner. I would like to please escalate the concern as the said product was not delivered to me and I got a duplicate product. Need help!! Jun 27, 2022 Updated by carajat Flipkart team has sent email stating that they will call up by June26, 2022 11:43 am, to resolve the issue. But they never call back or email regarding the same. The team is charting the customers and does not care about the customers. Cheating is a prominent part of trait of Flipkart. Please help!!
