[Resolved] Flipkart — fake product given to customers and putting them in non return policy. | |||
I have received a fake product (Wella elements shampoo) from flipkart Order id - od[protected]. I expressed my concern to flipkart and logged a complaint. I get a message saying that there is no stock but would provide a refund. I was happy but looks like i am continuously getting auto generated emails. Each mail mentions it would refund if i reply with the confirmation and another email asking for details. I have given all the details those auto generated emails asks for. Since a week no resolution except these auto generated emails. Incident - in[protected] My hard earned 777rs is gone. I got to know that all products sold on flipkart is not genuine. Never expected flipkart customer care would be this bad. Hoping to get a response atleast here. Was this information helpful? | |||
