Flipkart — fake product sold and flipkart team not responding

Od[protected] thats my order id for casio calculator delivered on 17th july, 2017. Recently i realised its a fake one with no logo of casio engraved and the logos of other company. I have requested the flipkart team to return and refund. No response has come from their end.

I have already informed them about fake calculator.
