[Resolved]  Flipkart — fake promise on product delivery

I am fed up with service of the flipkart,, since from yestday evening i was calling and informing that at any cost i need the product on 27th because i was scheduled my journy on 27 oct, due to delay in delivery i was forcefully cancelled the journey its because of flipkart flipkart, (Journey was scheduled due to the product ordered was a gift to my cousin but without product whats the need of going?? Who will bear the expenses??)

Whom ever attended the call in customer care given fake promise that product will be delivered before 7 pm, again its a waste of time but no body ready to solve the problem even though its urgent.

When its emergency is that the way to solve the issues? Executives were giving the reply stating that we have escalated the things but to resolve the issue tat is two days.. When its emergency will that 2 days tat will workout??

Here with i am sincerely requesting, at least please deliver the product by before 12 tomorrow.

Never and ever give fake answers, your answers may be just to escape from that time but for us it is something which will make us to expect which is not going to happen.
