[Resolved] Flipkart — fake promises and delivering the product as usual - delay | |||||
Dear sir / madam, I ordered ac from flipkart on 8 may 2018 before ordering the product 2 times i spoken to customer care executive about assured delivery which is showing on the website (Within 2 days which means 10 may 2018) So i placed the order and the product shipped 9 may 2018. As per flipkart confirmation the product should reach today at least before 9 pm or eod but the product will not reach on mentioned time. I called courier logistics which is gati and informed them my docket no. Of the order. They said the product will reach you by 15 may 2018 and within minute i called flipkart customer care executive and informed them that discussion between me and gati courier logistics but flipkart saying you will product by eod. After spending some times i came to know that gati courier logistics is absolutely right that my product will reach me by 15 may 2018 or before that. Flipkart is just selling them products through their sellers and gaining targets. Even i ask them for refund of my money back to my card so i can book through someone else but they refuse to refund immediately or within 2 days. This is ridiculous. This happen with me but till the times many people already faced the same issues. Have to take strict action against them Was this information helpful? | |||||
