In the morning, i got a call from one of your escalation relation managers (chang) who assured me that he would be in contact if i replied at the email [protected]@ncp.Flipkart.Com and i did not even hear from him throughout the day. Best part is all of your agents say they have no way of contacting the courier service directly or even get realtime status, and when we ask for a supervisor, the call gets disconnected. Mind you, a lady escalation rep (maybe shweta or something) called yesterday and lied to me that the product reached a hub near me when the courier website mentioned otherwise. Your website and your pathetic courier shadow fax show product out for delivery. Then the whole day no one even tried to contact me--your cut off time/breach time is 7 pm. When i tried to get help from your courier shadowfax, only get response that i would be contacted in 24 hrs on their website and contact number... No live agent possiblity??? when i tried the phone number with pin provided by shadowfax and entered my details, it kept saying invalid input. This phone via flipkart order # od[protected] was ordered on 07.08.2022 with a delivery due date of 15.08.2022??? and then on 15.08.2022, shadowfax tell me they have a due date of 19.08.2022 and then your website updates late at night the due date is 20.08.2022!!! now at 10.29 pm approx, today, after hearing from no one at shadowfax, i get an sms that the delivery guy needs help in contacting me and was provided with a phone number at 10.29 pm???? and when i called that number, no one was picking up. And to my amazement, you have changed the status from out for delivery to being shipped??? Was this information helpful? |
