[Resolved] Flipkart — fake technician visit and wrong status updated to my account for technician visiting date | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased hp deskjet ink advantage 3835 printer on 17 nov 2017, my ordered id od[protected]. I have received a defective product and i initiated a request for replacement on 18 nov 2017. Flipkart customer care told me technician will come and check the issues. The technician never call me or visited me to resolve the issues. They automatically reject the returned and updated the status that the technician came and resolved the solution. I consecutively initiated 3 request for replacement i. E on 18 nov, 20 nov, 23 nov, the same information been updated to my flipkart account they automatically reject the returned updating that they have resolved the solution. And also the tech visiting date arrangements are always updated wrongly. So i kindly requested to look into the matters and resolve it immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
