Flipkart is continuously exhibiting lethargic attitude in delivery and the only resolution they can provide is taking return. but then what if the customer planned something on a particular day believing the committed delivery date. My major concern is about the order cancellation reasons.
May 2022 - Order ID - [protected], Delivered after a week
June 2022 - Order ID - OD[protected]
Size Ordered - 8, Received - 6, Package damaged and there is no option to mention that i received wrong size item. After return, the reason become "You returned this order because you needed it in a larger size.", where is it mentioned that i received wrong sized item and the days i wasted to receive this product ???
June 2022 - Order ID - Cancelled this order telling the customer care executive as i lost my trust and i don't think that i will receive actual product on time, but after cancellation, reason become "The seller has cancelled your order because the courier service provider is unable to deliver to your location" in the portal ... Is this the actual reason for cancel the order ?
