[Resolved]  Flipkart — false claim.. same day deliver committment

i ordered a Logitech G602 Wireless Wireless Gamin... Qty: 1 Rs. 3339 on 19th jan 2015 and opted for same day delivery by paying 140rs extra via netbanking. however the product was not delivered when i called the customer service (8times) and spoke to the supervisors, asst managers and managers they all committed to different delivery timings. and its been 49 hrs now and the product has not been delivered . tomorrow i wont be in bangalore till 26th and i needed the product at the earliest and the escalation dept cancelled my order without my concern and reordered and are now telling me the product wont be delivered by 10 am. what am i suppose to do?
