[Resolved] Flipkart — False commitments and negligence | |
Order ID: OD[protected] Incident: IN[protected] The issue is I received my Washing Machine on 2nd June. I received a call from the installation team that they won't come to install as my address is very far from their office. I raised a concern with the customer care team who falsely assured that the installation would be done by 5th June 2021. No one called or came for installation. Then I called them again on 5th June 2021, they are now giving me a new date i.e. 8th June 2021. Again, no one called or came for installation. Sheer negligence. Is this the way a Flipkart plus member should be treated? Above that, I cannot cancel the order and request for refund since it's an issue with the installation. Was this information helpful? | |
