[Resolved] Flipkart — false exchange offer terms in website for television | |||||
I had an order for television vu official android 10... With order id - od[protected] from flipkart.com on 21st november 2018, with exchange of my old led tv (Lg-32 inch). The website exchange policy had mentioned non working tv without any physical damage or screen scratch will qualify for exchange. However the technician rejected the tv since tv display was not switcing on even though it doesn't had a physical damage or screen scratch. This is a false promises to customer as per the information provided in website. Please act on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 23, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained that his TV is not working and wishmaster denied to pickup the old TV as it is not in working condition, but as per T&C it is mentioned that not working TV will also be accepted.We have spoke to customer and informed him that while opting for exchange offer he need to select the option as Not working Any brand, but he selected LG LED TV which means he has not declared that his old TV is not working due to which Wishmaster will not be able to pickup the old TV and deliver the new one. Customer understood. Hence, closing the complain from our end. | |||||
