[Resolved] Flipkart — false information by flipkart | |||
I have ordered my product on 10th feb 2020 and my expected delivery as per Flipkart was 19th feb 2020 but not happened. I raised complaints to escalation team for the same, they asked me to cancel and reorder again if not they asked us to wait till 25th feb 2020, I agreed for it. Today again got call from Flipkart saying that to cancel order. I just wondered how people are treating customers. In between we had many conversations with Flipkart they assured me that special team is working on it to get my product delivery by today I.e., 25th feb 2020. Today same team called and asked us to cancel because delivery partner couldn’t able to deliver. Today morning I received message from Flipkart saying that your product is on the way to your location and be ready to receive and by evening again words changed by Flipkart saying we couldn’t deliver due to technical issues. How can Flipkart relate technical issue to deliver the product. It’s just blaming customers and cheating us. Customer care and escalation team are disconnecting my calls in between my conversation.
