[Resolved] Flipkart — false offers | |||||
Company providing a false offer like 30 days exchange and when you request for exchange they say exchange is not available and only refund possible. We buy products through offers provided by flipkart with discounted price but when it comes to exchange they say no because offers is over and now price is gone up. Today when i purchased other product they said i will get 15% discount on my next purchase but when tried to buy other product not got any discount. They say it’s only for some products it’s applicable which is not written as condition on app. Company is trying to manipulate with offers and cheating people with time and mobile bill by making us to wait on calls when we call for clarification during customer care calls. This happened within a same week and making us to think not to use these services anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||||
