[Resolved]  Flipkart — False product delivered and still not looking back to the product or accepting a return

Sir I had bought a pack of 3 boxers from the website flipkart.com ( order date 24 oct 2014) worth Rs.509, while they delivered me a false product(delivery date 28 oct 2014), which does not even resemble any close to the actual product which was ordered by me, and now on the very same day of delivery i contacted the customer care official regarding the problem and they asked me to" keep the product and the specific product cannot be refunded or taken back by any chance ", when they did not deliver me the "specific product" which i ordered online, and atlast they asked me to go to the consumer complaint forums or the consumer court if you have anymore problems regarding the product, and they are helpless. I kindly seek your attention towards this, and kindly help me out to resolve this situation at the earliest because, i find myself to be a bait to finish of their old stock on some customer. sincerely, Salman Nazar
