[Resolved] Flipkart — false promise from customer care, landing me to no exchange/return | |||||
I have bought a product (Blaupunkt sound bar) from flipkart, and got delievered today evening (25-jan-2019) in my bangalore residence. Remote (Much needed) was missing along with aux cable. I have called to customer care (25-jan-2019, 10:42pm) and informed them, so they have told me that, they will refund with cost rs.440. And i insisted to check where to purchase the same, and i got response from them, that, i can purchase those accessories from flipkart itself. Hearing them, i have agreed for the refund, so that i can buy them separately. But, i dont find the remote anywhere for buying in flipkart site. Without which, the product is not useable. I have dialled again to flipkart customer care, and conveyed my concern that, i couldnt get the remote and requested for exchange/return. But they said, it cannot be done, as gift refund was already approved. I have agreed for the gift refund, based on my previous conversation with customer care person (Vandana), that, accessory can be purchased from flipkart website.
