Flipkart — false promise : undelivered order : flipkart and seller omnitechretail not responding | |
I have placed an order for "flipkart perfect homes engineered wood tv entertainment unit (Finish color - espresso)" tv unit worth 13790/ - in flipkart on 23rd aug 2020. Order id : od[protected] The product is supposed to be delivered by omnitech retail seller on 27-aug 2020. Today is already 30th aug and the product is still in "ordered status". Have complained to flipkart about this and there is no response from them. I am really worried and frustrated with the flipkart executives as are not taking care of my complaint. I even asked to cancel the order if the seller is unable to process it. They are not even doing that. There is a "change slot" option for the order and when i click it, it says "no slot available and the product will be delivered on 27th aug" (Which is already past). I cannot wait any more on this unless either flipkart or omnitech retail assures about my order. I want full refund of my money if they are unable to deliver the order and i also want compensation for wasting my money and time and not only that for keeping my money (13790) for these many days for an undelivered order.
