I ordered lenovo vibe note (4gb ram) from flipkart (od[protected] on 26 sept 2016. paid the full amount (rs. 13499) for the product & got updates from flipkart stating that my order has been processed & shipped through ecom courier on 26 sept @ 11:16pm (ecom express :[protected]
The product reached my hometown (dimapur) on 1st october 16 @ 8:30 am as per the courier updates.
I went to collect my parcel four times (on dates-2nd, 3rd, 4th & 6th oct 16) but every time, the courier people replied that they haven't sorted out the parcels and that they will not be able to hand over my parcel to me!
On 6th evening, i received a message from flipkart stating that my order got cancelled!
This is the fifth time flipkart & ecom express courier has failed to deliver my parcel, each time giving me the same lame response (undeliverable!!)
If products cannot be delivered to my address, why do flipkart even show deliverable in the website & why choose such a pathetic & low rated courier service to deliver product which has never successfully delivered any product to me till today???
I am very disappointed with flipkart & ecom courier service for the poor services & false promises!! Was this information helpful? |
