Flipkart — False Transaction

Address:Ozone Manay Tech Park, #56/18 and 55/09, seventh Floor, Garvebhavipalya, Hosur Road, Bangalore – 560068, Karnataka

I would like to inform you that on 7 August 2022 I got SMS/mail and push notification that refund of money against two different orders from Flipkart, has been processed. But Account which they have mentioned, is absolutely not mine. I brought it to their attention immediately, on 8 August 2022. Further I have sent several reminder to resolve the issue. They have also sent several mails, discussed with me but no action being taken till now.
Please help.
