[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty and broken product | |||
On 28/11/2017, i received a accucheck active gulucometer at 4:00 pm. But product delivered to me is faulty, broken and used. Toaday morning (29/11/2017) i request customer care to return the product and refund my amount but they told me that as per company policy they can't refund hence i request for replace. Today at 3:37 pm i received a call from flipkart ([protected]) stating that refund can be given to me for that i have to contact customer care, but when i call customer care they told me again same thing that it can be replaced only. Being a loyal customer of flipkart i never faced such issue in past and i am also a regular customer of flipkart. But this time flipkart shattered my trust like anything.
