[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty display | |||
Sir/madam I have purchased mi led tv 32 inch from flipkart. They did not installed as per given date. So i have check myself tv is it ok or not. But tv found faulty display it shows dot/spot on display. I have requested to replacement to flipkart but they denied for replacement because tv is check by myself. Now they also dernied for installation. Please help me for replacement of this tv unit. Involve copy is enclosed here. Thinking you Was this information helpful? | |||

To avoid any physical damage to the product while unboxing, we ensure that only an authorized Flipkart delivery/service executive or brand personnel opens the packaging. Since the product has been unboxed without any authorized Flipkart delivery/service executive or brand personnel seller will be unable to honor your request for return. Request your understanding. However, you can head to the nearest authorized service center to claim warranty for the item. Do take the invoice you got from the seller for this.
