[Resolved] Flipkart — FAULTY HANDSET OF MOTOG2 | |||
ORDER ID : OD[protected] The handset provided to me by flip kart is a faulty one. I am facing severe issues with it since the beginning. Since the first day of its usage, an ongoing call gets disconnected and I have to face an embarrassment to my clients for the same. I changed many networks in the beginning but now i have understood completely that the actual problem is with the hand set and not with the network.Battery drainage problem is just not the enough to trouble me now the charger has also stopped working. I called many times toll free number provided by flip kart, rather than listening to the issues and resolving it, the receiver talked to me rudely. Now I need a replacement to my phone. Flip kart should either replaced my phone or provide me with the refund. I am fed up and I cant take up with this nonsense anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 05, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking to visit the service center for further assistance as the product has crossed the 30-day replacement period and closing the case.
