[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty item | |
Flipkart delivered a faulty item and then refused to do anything about it. Asked me to contact the service centre for the product. I tried to contact the service centre but no response from them. Shouldn’t flipkart be responsible for the product since it sold it to me. I finally managed to reach a tele representative who again wasnt interested in doing anything about it. How much time should i be spending on something which flipkart could have easily replaced or refunded. They also do not mention clearly while selling that they will not be responsible for any fault in the item. Was this information helpful? | |
