[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty item received expecting a refund | |||
I have ordered a mobile from flipkart with order id - od[protected] of brand vivo and model is z1x on 28/06/2020 and received it on 2/07/2020. The package was intact but the mobile was completely dead i couldn't figure out what could be the issue with the product, then i have put in charge and it took around 4 to 5 hours for charging and when i tried exploring options in mobile i noticed heating and sudden drop in battery level from 100 to 70 percent. The images were blurred and i have been trying explain the issue to team flipkart but they are paying no heed. I request the concern department to look into the matter and help me to find a resolution. I am expecting a refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 29, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The e-commerce giant flipkart hasn't done anything to resolve my issue besides providing false hopes to understand and clear my problem. I have tried multiple times contacting them through various online platforms but in vain. This has led me into depression Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
