[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty mobile delivered, & refusing to give replacement my order : od[protected] | |||||
Dear sir, My order : od[protected] I received on 19th oct around 11.00am. I'm facing auto brightness sensor in the device which completely Went dark 4 times i raised complaint on flipkart they said they will replace it than i received message regarding some technician will be visiting. Today a person came did some some testing & said fone is ok than went & my cancel my replacement order. When i confronted with flipkart they said they won't be giving Replacement & directing me to visit service centre. This is fresh device which came faulty. I asked them i have paid for new device now why would i run to service centre to get repaired the device...? & ask about 10 days replacement warranty They simply refusing to replace & behaving arrogantly.
