[Resolved]  Flipkart — Faulty phone MoTo G

I purchased a MOTO G on 10th Jan. It was then replaced in next 4-5 days due to bad battery backup. Today again my phone is not charging up. I went to “Shikha Communications”, A-6, 1st flr, Devi Palace, Opps. Raj Cinema, GGN” and the person told that the phone needs to be replaced by Flipcart as it’s faulty. I asked the reason then he said the charging may have caused due to moisture, liquid or sweat. Trust me, none of the reason can be proved and I never even touched my phone with wet hands so all the above reasons are fake. Service person can say anything to me as I can’t see them repairing it or opening it and will have to rely on whatever excuse they give me. He asked to contact Flipcart as it may cost[protected] for repairing it. My concern is, I paid Rs. 13000 to you already, then your phone developed a fault and you replaced it. And after around 2 months, it again developed a fault and you are asking me to contact service center. Service center is asking for Rs 6000. So in total I’ll have to pay Rs.19000 for your phone. Please put yourself any my place and think, I’ve already borrowed money from someone to purchase this phone and I still have to give Rs 10000 to the person from whom I borrowed the money but you are again asking for next Rs 6000 which is impossible for me to give you looking at my current situation. Can someone look into the matter and get the phone replaced if possible. I’m a CANCER PATIENT. I’m very much frustrated and will make sure that I never purchase anything from Flipcart in future. Spoke to customer and informed him to co-ordinate with the brand as the product has crossed the replacement period and we would not be able to do much on this complaint.
