[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty product delivered and fake report by technician refund not given | |||
Purchased Asus Vivobook laptop worth Rs 48000 from Flipkart on 25th March and it was an open box delivery. That physical condition of the product was good but the screen has flashing or fluctuation problem and speaker quality too were not good. I raised replacement request which was rejected but refund request was taken with a technician visit. That the technician came after continuous following with him on 7th April and did some basic tests uploaded fake reports saying everything okay but advised me to make videos. As I expected he will upload positive report so that the refund request could be cancelled. The product is having the same problem and the display flickers with some apps are non functional. After spending 48000 I got a faulty product with display and camera problems. Under these conditions, I want a full refund else I will take up this issue with District Consumer forum. I also got mail from Flipkart that if issue still persists after technician visit, I will get full refund. I want full refund immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 21, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I posted complaints on consumer forum and also I send emails to [email protected]. I made several complaints to them and called them through website. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
