Hi, Order # It is very shocking to see your reply. From what you have replied it is clear that either you haven't read the mail thoroughly or you have completely misunderstood the issue I am facing. So let me try to explain you once again. Here is the issue (Read it carefully) : I have ordered the Moto E3 power during flipkart big billion sale with and exchange offer. The product I have received was not working properly. In clear terms, flipkart has sent me a faulty product and now I want the replacement of that product. So for resolving this issue when I called flipkart's customer services they said following points: 1. We can't replace the phone as we are running out of stock with Moto E3 power for now. 2. We can't return the phone which you have exchanged. 3. We can transfer the billing amount to your bank account whereas remaining exchange amount we can return to flipkart wallet. I mean what the hell is going with filpkart. Here are the steps you can take to resolve this issue: 1. Replace your faulty product with new one as soon as possible. 2. Return my billing amount + exchange amount + shipping charges + pickup charges to my bank account not in flipkart wallet, as after all this blunder who want to purchase with flipkart. 3. Return my exchanged phone back to me and my billing amount + shipping charges + pickup charges to my bank account and take back your faulty phone. If your guys are unable to perform any of the above mentioned remedy, then I am bound to take some strong legal action flipkart and raise my issue in consumer court. I will also share my story on social media showing how flipkart is delivering (or getting rid of) their faulty and useless product in the name of big billion sale and exchange offer. Until this issue have been resolved I will not purchase anything from flipkart and recommend my friends and relatives to do the same. Nov 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per update refund is initiated and customer will get full refund with exchange mobile also to her account.
