[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty product delivered twice branded watch fossil | |||
Hi, We ordered a fossil watch from Flipkart to gift someone. Watch was received and gifted and within 1 week the watch stopped working and we requested return and replacement which was received (order ID - OD[protected] The replacement received also turned faulty and now Flipkart wants us to work with fossil service center. For one it's an embarrassment to gift someone and then find product faulty and that too a branded one twice. Also how do we now chase service center when we bought from Flipkart. We feel faulty products being sold by Flipkart for branded stuff and put the trouble on customer to chase service center. Please assist to get a replacement from Flipkart. Since the product was delivered to you on 16 Mar 21, it has crossed the seller's 30 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request.
