[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty product replacement delayed | |||
Order ID: OD[protected] Mon, Oct 16th '17 10:53 PM I bought a Sanyo TV 43 Inch from Flipkart. It was delivered on 25th October, 2017. The Sanyo company guy came on 25th October 2017 itself to install the TV and he unboxed it to find out that the screen was completely broken. He complained in Sanyo Customer care and also asked me to complain in Flipkart customer care for replacement. I complained and a technician visit was fixed on 28th October, 2017. I waited for 4 days from 25th October to 28th October and no technician visited. I complained again, and I was told to wait till 31st October, 2017 and now I am being told to wait till 3rd November. They have delayed the deadline for the technician visit for 4 times. Was this information helpful? | |||
