[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty product replacement not accepted | |||||
I received this mobile on jul 26th 2017 and raised an complaint on 27th stating that we have problem on the microphone and need a replacement but we were visited by service engineer from flipkart exactly on the 9th day from purchase date and the complaint we raised was canceled by the flipkart cs without confirming with the us for which we were expecting an replacement... This is unethical and as soon as we realized that complaint we raised on flipkart was cancelled we called and raised another complaint for which i received an call stating that the 10 days replacement agreement is over and the phone cannot be replaced... And the costumer service person claimed that the got confirmation from the mobile service person that the phone is flawless. Do you people think this is ethical. I need replacement or refund i cannot pay for a faulty device. Verified Support Aug 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had arranged tech visit. As per our service engineer issue has been resolved. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
