Purchased a mobile on 3 oct 2019 and delivered to me on 11 oct 2019. Faulty mobile delivered to me as sim card slot not working after receiving mobile and network is not showing. After 3 days on 14 october 2019 lodged complaint to customer care. A technical visit on 16 october 2019. He format mobile and said it's now ok.
But problem is still not solved. Again complaint lodged on 18 oct 2019. Contacted multiple times to customer care. Every time they replied please wait till 22 oct 19, as our team is working on it. A call recieved on 22oct and inform me your problem is solved. Now your case is closed.
Again contacted to customer care and he said that your 10days returns or replacement warranty is over now contact to mobile service centre.
Now i am feeling cheated by flipcart. They only waiting to finish 10 days replacement warranty. As soon as 10 days warranty time is over, flipcart decline to replace product without contacting me. Was this information helpful? |
