Flipkart — Faulty TV / No replacement / Fraud

I have ordered Sony Bravia TV on 31st May which was delivered on 2nd June and installation happened on 3rd June which then declared as display fault by installation engineer. Following which, return requested on 3rd June and it is cancelled three time because technician didn't visit according to FlipKart but technician visited twice since the issue and updated ticket on Sony end with job ID - JB0781527
FlipKart is providing false commitments of escalating the ticket for last 15 days and not providing any resolution. i.e. either replacement or a refund.
Please help me out of this fraud situation.
