[Resolved] Flipkart — Fiesta analog wall, clock (Multicolor with glass) | |
I had placed an order for the captioned product on 30 th april 2017. Order no, was od[protected]. The product was delivered much after the scheduled date. But the worst was yet to come!. When we opened the parcel the content was in shambles - the glass of the clock was shattered, its frame broken in parts and hands missing and so on. Moreover the colour of the clock was not the one i had ordered for. I placed a replacement order (Return order no.[protected] which was scheduled to take place on 1 st june 2017. Although i got sms for pick up of the product twice, yet till date no one has come to take the product back. And now i have been advised that my product return has been cancelled. Kindly look into the matter - either replace the product or refund my money. Such careless and customer unfriendly behaviour does not suit a reputed company like flipkart.
