[Resolved] Flipkart — fingerprint panel of phone not working | |
My new handset purchased from flipkart, the le eco le max 2 is not showing response over the fingerprint panel. It's only nearing 2 weeks after the purchase. As per the rules it has 1 year manufacturer warranty. So i kindly request you to provide me with the information on how to return this product to yourself inorder to solve this issue. Also i want to know whether replacement is provided for this phone so that i can purchase a new phone from flipkart itself. Please provide me with a reply. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Nov 14, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with customer and informed that the product was delivered to you on (Sep 30th '17) and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Request you to get in touch with the authorized service center. Customer agreed. Hence, closing form our end.
