[Resolved] Flipkart — Firefox nexus 27.5 Mountain Bike | |||
Dear all This is my last mail to flipkart and I this is end of our relation (me, my family and my knowns) with flipkart. This is limit of frustration I am facing with flipkart customer care and back end team.. After one month of return complaint they just answer your return request is escalated and back end team is working on the same while nawratri dashara diwali are past but you people are not able to come with solution. Matter Brief :- I purchased fire fox nexus mountain bike that bike comes with front zoom suspension masera on 4th Oct 2021. Pic of that suspension is visible on website and details are mentioned in bike specification. You people and your saler deliver me that bike with normal local suspension on 8th oct. I raised complaint on 8th Oct just after delivery. With bike I paid for instalation and demo charges of Rs. 500. Service engineer came to install that bike on 10th Oct. He tried a lot to install bike but not succeeded. He updated me bike front wheel centre rod length is too small. Centre rod doesn't have space for Suspension grove and bolt. I updated same issue to flipkart on same day. Now flipkart starts playing their drama. First asked me my Identity proves and product Pic. I provided. After two days they again called me now flipkart wants FIR consent against bike saler from me. I provided that consent signed scanned copy to Flipkart. Now on 18th they reject my return request because of wrong head entry of complaint. I called again on 18th Oct and requested you put right head of complaint. Now new complaint raised on 18th Oct. Today is 2nd of November and status of my complaint is same. Your return request is escalated and back end team is working on the same. Even return request approval is still pending. Now my queries: 1. What is flipkart system procedure for return request ? 2. What is time dead line for return request approval and update ? 3. What steps you taken against my complaint pls update date wise step from 8th Oct ? 4. I submitted FIR concent against seller. Update status of that FIR? If you people have little bit shame please just revert on my queries because return is just dream for me now. I accept that return flipkart se na ho payegaaa... Regards Attachment: Photographs 1.
