[Resolved]  Flipkart — First delivered a defective product and then a completely different product as a replacement

I had ordered a leather jacket (order id:OD[protected] on 2nd january 2015 with a within a day delivery guarantee. I received a defective product the next day which they said would replace it. The next day they failed to deliver the replacement. On 5th january, a replacement was delivered in a small polythene bag(properly packed). Being skeptical (the earlier product which was right but defective was delivered in carton), I cut a small hole just big enough to see what is inside and found that it has a T shirt or a sweatshirt(not sure as I did not open it fully). What they have come up with is the option of refund! which will take another 5 days or so. I had called their executives a day before and literally begged them to make sure the replacement they give is not defective as the product was meant as a gift. Though being a flipkart first subscriber I feel humiliated as this was not expected from a brand like flipkart even after mentioning how important the product was for me. I will take this issue to the consumer court if they fail to provide any appropriate solution.

Tried calling customer no response, when checked the replacement is in shipped status and it will be delivered within promise date. Hence closing the case.
