[Resolved] Flipkart — flight cancellations refund.not received

I booked my flight on 18, but the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to corona outbreak. And from the airline side i get a call and they said full amount will be refunded back to me... So i cancelled my. Booking on flipkart travel.. And now. Its 15 days.. Still i have not received my refund amount and when i tried calling customer care.. They are not receiving my call a.. Nd i talked with the airline customer support. And they said that. Amkount.. Is already processed from their side.. And now it's on flipkart to refund my money... I tried calling. Them.. But. Didnt. Get any response... Please help me to get my refund amount back
