[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart account blocked and order is cancelled | |
Flipkart first cancelled my order and then on the same day they blocked my account. When i called flipkart customer care and asked the reason for cancellation and blocking, they were giving false reasons and they did not have proper knowledge. They said logistics department cancelled my order because they find some discrepancy in product after opening it. But how can they open the package because it's been packed and shipped by seller and for blocking, they said seller blocked my account. But i opened my account on flipkart not with the seller. So how come seller blocked my account. So i want my account to be unblocked and i want the cancelled product delivered to me with the same price on which i ordered it.
