Flipkart — Flipkart account blocked suddenly | |
Me and my husband Flipkart account suddenly got blocked together. On raising it to customer care, they said that it's due to returning of items in the past. My concern is they blocked the account without prior notice and I am unable to return a footwear which is small in size. Since they have a 30 days return policy, they cannot just deny return for the same. I have been contacting them regularly; however, they are not entertaining.
