Hi Sir/ Madam
Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
I am a plus member from past 2 years.
I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
I am willing to pay.
Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
not a reseller, I always oder products for my personal use. Recently I
ordered wallpapers from you but the seller cheated me with wrong ones since
the product was under non return policy. Although you people helped me but
after making several calls but I never complaint regarding the same. Then I
ordered Reebok shoes and seller sent me shoes of different shapes. After
returning them flipkart blocked me. Why should one keep defected items with
them?? Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
taking actions on sellers who are trying to cheat your customers you are
blocking your own customers.
Not expected this from company like flipkart.
