Horrible experience buying a product from Flipkart

I placed an order on flipkart on 9th April, Initial delivery date they mentioned while placing the order was 11th to 13th of May. So I thought let’s wait for a month even though I paid the actual amount of the product in INR is Rs.22990.
As I didn’t get any update till 3rd of May, I reached out to the Flipkart customer care who confirmed me that It will be delivered on the promised delivery date.

Yesterday when I logged in to the App, to my surprise the delivery date has been modified to 31st of may with out any intimation. Immediately I called up the flipkart customer care to ask them to check on this un-intimated update of delivery date which is almost 1 month delayed.
Non of the customer care executive is ready to accept that it is a mistake from flipkart that the product delivery has been delayed by 1 month.
I am really surprised that how come they take 2 months to deliver a product to Tier one city like Hyderabad .When I asked there is no proper response or any kind o[censored]pdates on the delivery date nor they are ready to cancel the order.

These guys are simply making fool out of the people who believe online shopping is hassle free. I completely lost trust and suggest my fellow consumers to consider this (FlipKart.com) e-Com website for any purchase.

    Sir, my order id OD[protected] for hitachi split ac 1.5 ton 5star made on 21.4.17 by prepaid Rs.37990/-. product delivered on 23.04.17 but while installing by his authorised agent from jeeves.com identified its a defective as mother board not working. I applied for replacement accordingly flipkart approved and delivered the product when i was not available at my home where my spouse exist on 11.05.17. But when i came to see the delivery i was shocked as the indoor unit of split ac packing condition is a used one/ refurbished. Then immediately i called back to customer support of flipkart and explained the situation, they suggested me to wait for service engineer may visit for installation and on his confirmation we may initiate to process your claim. On 12.05.17 the service technician came for installation and opened the indoor unit and he too surprised that there are scratches on inside the top door and on edges and they too suggested for replace the product as its seems to be a used one. Further i had paid Rs.1400/- installation charges in advance. Now i am suffering alot as they are continuously asking for 24 hrs time with no response and i have to follow up them everytime with same answer no result.

    As per the mentioned issue the product has been picked up and refund is processed hence issue stands resolved.
    I have ordered a sumsung split air conditioner on 14th April and the same was delivered on 22 August having order id OD[protected].
    When technician installed the ac it is not providing any cooling, the technician said that there is no gas inside the ac since there is a gas leakage. He also suggested me to replace the ac. After 2 days the technician came again and uninstalled the ac. I have ordered a replacement order from Flipkart as per their policy but they are not approving my return request. When contacted with them they don not have any answers. My hard earned my had lost.please help me

        Sir,
        I have purchased redmi note 4 on 02.05.2017 after that said phone going to overheating and accordingly i visit to mi customer service center at taratala (Kolkata) on 05.05.2017. After three days observation they are advice me for replacement of said phone through flipkart within ten days. Accordingly i have booked for replacement and one technician (Mr. Dutta mobile no.[protected]) visit at my home and said me for 24 hours observation. If the same overheating problem persist then again booked complain to flipkart helpline and i will come to your home again for further cheeking. But flipkart assistant denies for booking the complain and telling that once technician resolve the problem we can not book any complain and they advice to contact to authorize service center. I try to contact several times but helpless and very bad experience gather.

          Sir this is a final email to know why the return not approved by flipcart, wheres several time I was tried to convince flipcart executive through overphone. Now it should escalate to the forum which need.

              Timeline for flipkart ordering and its delivery:

              (1) 30-apr-17 : ordered a reliance lyf water 7s (Ord id:od[protected]
              (2) 04-may-17: recd a phone and started it but it's not functioning all three keys
              (3) 04-may-17: raised an issue to flipkart thru customer care and emails
              (4) 05-may-17: technician from flipkart came and confirmed status as i was saying
              (5) 11-may-17: a delivery boy came and said phone is damaged and didn't give me replacement phone and went
              (6) 11-may-17: again i raised this issue to customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got a date i. E. 15-may-17
              (7) 15-may-17: again i called customer care several times and emails to [protected]@flipkart.com and got 24hours time for replacement/refund

              Now, i am confused it was my mistake to buy from flipkart? 15 days and no result only dates?

              Is there any senior and managerial personnel to personally monitor/analyze such cases or not? Is this flipkart's policy to deliver defected products to customers and then forcing its customers to rot and suffer?

              Isn't there any measures to check whether and how
              Defected/damaged/empty products are being delivered to its' customers via flipkart's very platform? Who enjoy's the blunder, i don't know but who suffers that i know i. E. Me and like me, others, in simple terms flipkart's customers.

              At first i was ordering a phone thru amazon and ebay but in spite of my friends strict objection i opted for flipkart, is this my fault? No definitely its my sin.

              At last i just want to say a message to all customers; please only buy from amazon and ebay and not from others. Even a mobile shop is better also paytm is good, it fulfills its commitments. But never ever buy from flipkart.

                  already placed a complaint here on december 11 but there was no response from flipkart and they sent the same mail without even calling me or hear what i had to say, so posting again. I have been a flipkart customer for the last 4 years and now a flipkart plus customer. On december 10th i got a mail from flipkart citing that my account was blocked as my purchase trends shows that i have been reselling products bought from flipkart. This is totally false as majority of my order was delivered to my home address and are being used for my personal use. You can check my order history and delivered address. There might be one or two exceptions during big billion day sale as i had brought mi tv for my staff as he didn't have a flipkart account. Also for my last order i gave my friends address as i wont be available at home for 5 days as i was out of station for a business meeting. But the order got cancelled citing the above reason. Rest everything in my order history was delivered to my home and are being used by me or my family. I can assure you that i have not violated any rules and kindly ask flipkart to reactivate my account as i have been a loyal flipkart customer for the last 4 years and continue to be like that in future.

                  Email id:[protected]@gmail.com.Flipkart the reason send by you tht heavy amount of return the im no longer to login my account...bt the geniune reason for return i have the seller you provide for product they send me defult product, missing item, scartech on jacket, and the one reason is size issue also...so if im nt satisfied with the product not fitted well on me.. so it obiviously tht return or replace the product..just check it out my all account detail..and unblock my account...its my long tym account i shopping ...as im a online shopper so i hve no tym to buy product from market so for this im facing big problem...i have not other account so which i order the product...please flipkart its my humble req to unblock my account...

                    I did purchase from Flipkart and I have wallet 6151 but i am not able to use this amount for Purchse or Refund to Bank Account.

                    I did write them 5 emails to " support [protected]@phonepe.com " but NOT getting any response from them..

                    Not sure if flipkart is making fools to customers by transfering money into wallet. I called up customer Care many times but not get response from them. thet simply say that write an email :-(

                      I bought an glass for Xiaomi mi max prime but the size was very small and it didn't have any replacement and after that I bought an flip cover for Xiaomi mi max prime and I got a flip cover for Redmi 3s or something like that and when I returned the product I didn't get any refund till now. I was a regular customer of Flipkart but nowadays I am not satisfied with your service so I think that I will get the refund as soon as possible and I will get proper service and product when I will buy a product in Flipkart next time

                              I have purchased a duster car body cover from Flipkart and its feature was tremendous described in there app and i believed it and I purchased it and yesterday it was raining and I covered my car using that then in morning I can see that that color of the cover is attracted on my car body cover and my car color has gone .after washing also it's color didn't go.                                 I ordered redmi note 4 on 19th april, 2017. But product was having software issue so flipkart gave me replacement. After receiving replacement on 12th may, 2017 that mobile was not getting turned on. So i contacted flipkart for this problem and ask for replacement. They ask me to visit service centre. After visiting service centre, technician told that it has liquid damage and refused to repair mobile. Flipkart sent me pre damage phone. I have contact flipkart for the issue but still they are solving it.

                                  Would like to complain about Customer servixe / courier service & management of flipkart even after repeated conversation with the managers & their call centre employees I was not provided with delivery of my mobile phone ordered which was a birthday present for my sister booked on May 3rd 2017 and was supposed to be delivered by May 9th 2017 every day until 13th May I was given false information that it's on the way has reached Thane where I live & no reason given why not delivered to me yet their tracking & escalation dept is pathetic in 10 complete days forget the delivery they were not even able to provide info on when & what time my order can be expected every call experience was like they are doing a favour on me by giving the same repeated information that matter has been escalated we will get back to you as soon as possible a local courier in my area delivers the very next day any where in india God know if flipkart is playing games...
