[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart account is hacked and no support executive can help me in getting back my account

Incident: in[protected], call back is not yet received My flipkart was account hacked and i have had complained about it to flipkart customer service within 30 minutes of the incident happened. My email id and mobile number is changed and so i can't log in, i requested flipkart executive to block my account and they were unable to do it and a order have been placed using my flipkart paylater (Flpl) credit and i have requested fl executive to cancel my order and they can't do it also. Whenever i make a call they promise for a call back which i have not received. I can't trust the flipkart customer customer service as they don't have knowledge or power to do their job. Jan 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, The Social network team from Flipkart had contacted me and they waved off the pay later payment and also rectified my account. The process took almost 2 month and only after registering in consumercomplaints.in they took action. I have also contacted their customer care before posting at consumercomplaints.in but they ignored it. [email protected], 8037023158 - Ms.Puja from Social Media Team, Flipkart was co-ordinating the process to solve it. Thanks for consumer complain.in, its worth posting. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it. Verified Support Jan 18, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with cx saying his issue is resolved. Closing the case.
