Hello, I have ordered mobile poco x2, mobile on 1st june 2020, ordered id is od[protected], they took my order successfully, i booked the omobile n 6 month emi but after some timegot the massage "the order the cancelled due to limited stock" if they don't have stock they why they took my ordered. Currently i am at native place, i am ordered the mobile on my bother in law Shop address due to the near to highway and it is easy to delivery boy to delivered Next day i received mail from flipkart "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account" Then spoke with person subham and pratik flipkart support and told why you block my account and also i told him check my purchase history i have not so much ordered the product and also i am not reselling the product but they are not provided the proper explanation. Currently i am doing wfh from n my native place and my currently having battery and display issue with my phone and require new mobile for communicate with my office member and using hotspot for laptop, i waited for poco x2 mobile form 1 month. I disappointed with filpkart, i am flipkart plus member and using flipkart from since many years Requested to you, kindly take strong action again filpkart, i need my ordered back and unlock the account.
