Flipkart — flipkart affiliate payment approved but not credited contacted the but no respond

As flipkart affiliate policy says

Electronic fund transfer (Eft)
If affiliates select payment via gift voucher, flipkart will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least rs 2500.00.

And today is october month i. E 10/2019 almost 10 months i had contacted them several times but they didn't respond at all.

I have chosen the payment method as a gift voucher.

But till now still, they didn't provide me the payment as a gift voucher.

Please do something about this.
